Most personalised items are ready in 2–5 working days. We'll confirm exact lead times when you order.

Can you help with the design?

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Absolutely. We supply events, weddings, and companies with branded merchandise, favours, and gifts.

What materials do you engrave?

What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation is a full-colour heat transfer process that bonds ink into the surface—great for mugs, tumblers, shirts, and textiles.

Do I need to provide high-quality images?

Yes, higher resolution means better results. We'll let you know if your image is too small before we proceed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept EFT (bank transfer). We also take Capitec payments. Send proof via WhatsApp with your order number for fast processing.

Do you deliver outside Hammarsdale?

Yes! We offer courier delivery nationwide, plus local delivery and collection in Hammarsdale, KZN.
