How to Choose at Checkout
- Add your items to cart and go to Checkout.
- Under Delivery, pick Collect, Local, PUDO, or Courier Guy.
- Your choice and fee appear instantly in the Order Summary.
- Place the order and pay by EFT — we’ll message you with next steps and tracking.
Packaging & Care
- Items are wrapped and cushioned to protect engravings/prints.
- Fragile items get extra padding and “Handle with Care” labels.
Turnaround
- Personalized orders typically ready in 1–5 working days.
- Need it urgently? WhatsApp us — we’ll try our best to help (rush fee may apply).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your OHB item. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right quickly and kindly.
Quick Policy
- Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery/collection.
- Change-of-mind on non-personalized items: 7 days, unused and in original packaging.
- Personalized / custom items: Not returnable for change-of-mind, but we’ll fix any errors or defects we caused.

What We’ll Ask For
- Your order number (find it on your checkout success screen or email).
- Photos/video of the item and packaging (if damaged/incorrect).
- Your preferred resolution (replacement, fix, or refund if applicable).
Fair Use Notes
- Return shipping: we’ll advise case-by-case. If it’s our mistake/defect, we cover it.
- Refunds: when approved, processed to the original method within 3–7 working days.
- Hygiene items and custom engravings/prints: non-returnable unless faulty.
FAQs
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide in South Africa via PUDO and Courier Guy. Local delivery covers Hammarsdale and nearby areas. You can also collect at Sankontshe, Hammarsdale.
How will I track my parcel?
We’ll WhatsApp your tracking link (Courier Guy). For PUDO, you’ll receive your locker PIN by SMS/WhatsApp when it’s ready to collect.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Take photos of the box and item within 24 hours and WhatsApp 081 303 6499. We’ll arrange a fast fix or replacement.
Can I change my delivery choice after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — message us and we’ll update it (fees may change).
What are your pickup hours?
We schedule pickups via WhatsApp. Typically weekdays 9:00–17:00 and Saturdays 9:00–13:00.
